1. Acceptance
By using Cilantro you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old.
3. The service
Cilantro is a free beta personal recipe cookbook, provided “as is”, without warranty, and may change or be unavailable at any time during beta.
4. Your account
Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes, images and text you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the legality of what you upload — do not upload content (including photos or recipe text) that infringes someone else's copyright or rights.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal, infringing, harmful or abusive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms. To report content, use our contact form.
7. AI features
Recipe import (from a URL or photo) and any future AI suggestions are automated and may contain errors. Always check ingredients, quantities and instructions before cooking. AI output is not professional dietary, allergy or medical advice.
8. Termination
You may delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end the service during beta.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the accuracy of imported/AI-generated content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent French courts, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects changes.
